Please read this policy carefully. It is the Return and Refund Policy of AEM Digitizing. Our refund policy exists to ensure that our clients receive 100% assurance and satisfaction. Terms and Conditions related to a refund are given below:
Terms and Conditions:
- Balance must be paid on completion of work.
- The order delivery period will be 1 to 2 working days.
- Please proofread the text and verify the artwork before approving your order.
- The client is responsible for proofreading (dates, spelling, logos, correct info, etc.)
- All information must be provided at the onset of the project.
- After approval, any additional changes will result in additional charges.
- These stipulations will ensure a quicker turnaround on your project.
- Any information added after a layout has been started or completed will incur additional charges.
Refund policy:
- Should you not be ensured or satisfied by our response, you can lodge a refund at info@aemdigitizing.net. Please do not forget to mention your order number, date of delivery and the name of the person with whom you were dealing.
- Please note that aemdigitizing.net has full rights to attempt to solve your disputes, and try to provide you with better solutions other than refunds. Should it not satisfy you, a refund would surely be made.
- Any charges that have been incurred in the transfer of funds to and from aemdigitizing.com would not be reimbursed and payments would be made after the deduction.
- Refunds would be subject to any taxation or service charges if applicable.
- Refunds would not be made to any other persons, company, website or project ongoing at aemdigitizing.net.
